Designing a form using CSS layouts

CSS layouts are becoming more popular, however many designers/developers revert back to table layouts when it comes to laying out a form because of the "complexities" involved. In reality laying out forms to achieve a "columned" effect using CSS is not difficult and this examples shows how that can be achieved easily.

This is an example of converting a form from Table layouts to a CSS layout.
